rājovāca | lokānāṃ hitakāmena mayaitadvratamāhṛtam | yena teṣāṃ bhavetsaukhyaṃ matprasādādanuttamam

ព្រះរាជាទ្រង់មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ដោយប្រាថ្នាសុខសាន្តប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាជន ខ្ញុំបានទទួលយកវ្រតនេះ ដើម្បីឲ្យដោយព្រះគុណរបស់ខ្ញុំ ពួកគេបានសុខដ៏អស្ចារ្យលើសគេ។
