jamadagniruvāca | homadhenuriyaṃ rājanmamaikā prāṇasaṃmatā | adeyā sarvadā pūjyā tasmānnārhasi yācitum

ជមទគ្និបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះរាជា នេះជាគោសម្រាប់ហោម (យញ្ញ) របស់ខ្ញុំ ជាទ្រព្យតែមួយដែលខ្ញុំស្រឡាញ់ដូចជាជីវិត។ នាងមិនគួរឲ្យប្រគល់ឲ្យអ្នកណាទេ ហើយត្រូវគោរពបូជាជានិច្ច។ ដូច្នេះ អ្នកមិនគួរសុំទេ»។
