saiva ṣaṣṭhī tithiḥ puṇyā tasmāttatra drutaṃ vraja | ahaṃ tava pitā putra śaṃtanuḥ pṛthivīpatiḥ

ថ្ងៃទី៦ (ṣaṣṭhī) នោះឯងជាទិថីបរិសុទ្ធ; ដូច្នេះ ចូរទៅទីនោះឲ្យរហ័ស។ ខ្ញុំជាឪពុករបស់អ្នក កូនអើយ—សន្តនុ (Śaṃtanu) ព្រះមហាក្សត្រលើផែនដី។
