Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa/Sauti)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Listener: dvija-śreṣṭhas (best of Brahmins) as the addressed audience in the surrounding narrative frame
Scene: Pilgrims approach sea-girt Dvārakā; lamps and incense rise before the Lord in the temple, with Cāturmāsya austerities—tulasī, offerings, and restrained living—framing the worship.
Consistent worship at a sanctified tīrtha yields both worldly and spiritual fruits, with sacred seasons multiplying the merit.
The Dvārakā-designated sacred site established at the tīrtha in Nāgara Khaṇḍa, Adhyāya 41.
Worship (pūjā) of the Dvārakā site with full effort at all times, and with special emphasis during Cāturmāsya.
