शिवदीक्षाप्रमाणेन प्रसादं कुरु मे प्रभो । शुश्रूषां येन ते नित्यं प्रकरोमि समाहितः
śivadīkṣāpramāṇena prasādaṃ kuru me prabho | śuśrūṣāṃ yena te nityaṃ prakaromi samāhitaḥ
បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់ សូមប្រោសប្រទានពរដល់ខ្ញុំ តាមច្បាប់នៃការបំបួសរបស់ព្រះសិវៈ ដើម្បីឲ្យខ្ញុំបានបម្រើលោកជានិច្ច ដោយចិត្តស្ងប់។
