वृक उवाच । यदि तुष्टोऽसि मे देव यदि देयो वरो मम । जरामरणहीनं मां तत्कुरुष्व पितामह
vṛka uvāca | yadi tuṣṭo'si me deva yadi deyo varo mama | jarāmaraṇahīnaṃ māṃ tatkuruṣva pitāmaha
វೃក បាននិយាយ៖ «បើព្រះអម្ចាស់ពេញព្រះហឫទ័យចំពោះខ្ញុំ ហើយបើពរត្រូវប្រទានដល់ខ្ញុំ សូមធ្វើឲ្យខ្ញុំឥតចាស់ឥតស្លាប់ ឱ ព្រះបិតាមហា»។
