जनके मृत्युमापन्ने श्राद्धपक्षे समागते । पितामहादेः कर्तव्यं श्राद्धं यन्नैकपिंडता

janake mṛtyumāpanne śrāddhapakṣe samāgate | pitāmahādeḥ kartavyaṃ śrāddhaṃ yannaikapiṃḍatā

ពេលឪពុកបានស្លាប់ ហើយរដូវស្រាទ្ធ (śrāddha-pakṣa) មកដល់ ត្រូវធ្វើស្រាទ្ធសម្រាប់ជីតា និងបុព្វបុរសដទៃទៀត ព្រោះនៅមិនទាន់មានស្ថានភាពបិណ្ឌតែមួយរួមគ្នា (naika-piṇḍatā)។
