विश्वामित्र उवाच । एतत्ते सर्वमाख्यातं यत्पृष्टोऽस्मि नृपोत्तम । श्राद्धार्हा नागरा येन नागराणां व्यवस्थिताः । भर्तृयज्ञेन मर्यादा कृता तेषां यथा पुरा
viśvāmitra uvāca | etatte sarvamākhyātaṃ yatpṛṣṭo'smi nṛpottama | śrāddhārhā nāgarā yena nāgarāṇāṃ vyavasthitāḥ | bhartṛyajñena maryādā kṛtā teṣāṃ yathā purā
វិશ્વាមិត្រ បានមានពាក្យថា៖ ឱ ព្រះរាជាដ៏ប្រសើរ អ្វីៗទាំងនេះ ខ្ញុំបានពន្យល់ដល់ព្រះអង្គរួចហើយ តាមដែលព្រះអង្គសួរ—ថា នាគរា ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាសមស្របសម្រាប់ពិធីស្រាទ្ធៈយ៉ាងដូចម្តេច និងនាគរា ត្រូវបានរៀបចំវិន័យយ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវដូចម្តេច។ ព្រំដែននៃការប្រព្រឹត្តរបស់ពួកគេ ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយពិធីភរត្រឹយជ្ញៈ ដូចកាលបុរាណ។
