सर्वे धर्मा धृताः पूर्वमेकत्राऽन्यत्र चाप्यृतम् । तुलायां कौतुकाद्देवैर्जातं तत्र ऋतं गुरु
sarve dharmā dhṛtāḥ pūrvamekatrā'nyatra cāpyṛtam | tulāyāṃ kautukāddevairjātaṃ tatra ṛtaṃ guru
កាលពីមុន ព្រះទាំងឡាយបានដាក់ធម៌ទាំងអស់រួមគ្នា ហើយដាក់ “ឫតៈ” ផ្សេងទៀតផង។ ដោយចង់ដឹង ព្រះទាំងឡាយបានដាក់វាលើតុលា ហើយនៅទីនោះ “ឫតៈ” បានធ្ងន់ជាងគេ។
