सूत उवाच । भृगुर्हौत्रे ततस्तेन वृतो ब्राह्मणसत्तमाः । मैत्रावरुणसंज्ञस्तु तथैव च्यवनो मुनिः
sūta uvāca | bhṛgurhautre tatastena vṛto brāhmaṇasattamāḥ | maitrāvaruṇasaṃjñastu tathaiva cyavano muniḥ
សូត្រាបានមានពាក្យថា៖ សម្រាប់តួនាទី ហោត្រ (Hotṛ) បានជ្រើសយក ភ្រឹគុ—ជាប្រាហ្មណសត្ដម។ ហើយសម្រាប់តួនាទី ម៉ៃត្រាវរុណ (Maitrāvaruṇa) ក៏បានតែងតាំង មុនិ ច្យវន (Cyavana) ដូចគ្នា។
