दुर्वासा उवाच । चातुर्मासीविधानं ते करिष्ये नृप मंदिरे । मृत्तिकाग्रहणं तावच्छुश्रूषा क्रियतां मम । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय मामूचे पार्थिवोत्तमः
durvāsā uvāca | cāturmāsīvidhānaṃ te kariṣye nṛpa maṃdire | mṛttikāgrahaṇaṃ tāvacchuśrūṣā kriyatāṃ mama | sa tatheti pratijñāya māmūce pārthivottamaḥ
ទុរវាសា បានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ខ្ញុំនឹងអនុវត្តវិន័យចាតុರ್ಮាស្យ នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជវាំងរបស់អ្នក។ រហូតដល់ពេលប្រមូលយកដីបរិសុទ្ធ សូមឲ្យមានការបម្រើខ្ញុំ»។ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រដ៏ប្រសើរ បានសន្យាថា «ដូច្នោះហើយ» ហើយបាននិយាយមកកាន់ខ្ញុំ។
