វសិષ્ઠបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះរាជា នេះជាគោសម្រាប់ហោមរបស់យើង ជាគោបំពេញបំណង។ ឱ មហារាជា គោមិនគួរឲ្យប្រគល់ចេញទេ សូម្បីតែគោធម្មតា ក៏សម្រាប់ព្រហ្មណ៍ដែរ»។
