चित्रांगद उवाच । न शक्नोमि महाभागे तावत्कालं प्रतीक्षितुम् । मां दहत्येष गात्रोत्थः सुमहान्कामपावकः
citrāṃgada uvāca | na śaknomi mahābhāge tāvatkālaṃ pratīkṣitum | māṃ dahatyeṣa gātrotthaḥ sumahānkāmapāvakaḥ
ចិត្រាង្គដៈបាននិយាយ៖ «ឱ អ្នកមានភាគ្យល្អ ខ្ញុំមិនអាចរង់ចាំយូរប៉ុន្នោះបានទេ។ ភ្លើងកាមដ៏ខ្លាំងធំ ដែលកើតពីអវយវៈរបស់ខ្ញុំ កំពុងដុតខ្ញុំ»។
