आसीत्पूर्वं द्विजो वीरशर्मनामातिविश्रुतः । वेदविद्याव्रतस्नातो वर्धमाने पुरोत्तमे
āsītpūrvaṃ dvijo vīraśarmanāmātiviśrutaḥ | vedavidyāvratasnāto vardhamāne purottame
កាលពីមុន មានព្រាហ្មណ៍ម្នាក់ (ទ្វិជ) ឈ្មោះ «វីរៈសរមន់» ល្បីល្បាញខ្លាំង ជាអ្នកចេះវេទ និងបានបំពេញវ្រតៈនានា ស្នាក់នៅក្នុងទីក្រុងដ៏ប្រសើរ «វឌ្ឍមាន»។
