याज्ञवल्क्य उवाच । एवं भवतु देवेश यत्त्वयोक्तं वचोऽखिलम् । परं मम वचोऽन्यच्च तच्छृणुष्व ब्रवीमि ते
yājñavalkya uvāca | evaṃ bhavatu deveśa yattvayoktaṃ vaco'khilam | paraṃ mama vaco'nyacca tacchṛṇuṣva bravīmi te
យាជ្ញវល្ក្យបាននិយាយ៖ សូមឲ្យដូច្នោះទៅ ឱ ព្រះអម្ចាស់នៃទេវតា; សូមឲ្យពាក្យទាំងអស់ដែលព្រះអង្គបានមានព្រះបន្ទូល សម្រេចជាការពិត។ ប៉ុន្តែឥឡូវ សូមស្តាប់ពាក្យមួយទៀតរបស់ខ្ញុំ; ខ្ញុំនឹងនិយាយជូនព្រះអង្គ។
