यस्मिन्न संति नित्यं हि शिवभक्तिसमन्विताः । तद्ग्रमस्था जनाः सर्वे शासनीया न संशयः
yasminna saṃti nityaṃ hi śivabhaktisamanvitāḥ | tadgramasthā janāḥ sarve śāsanīyā na saṃśayaḥ
នៅទីណាដែលមិនមានអ្នកមានសេចក្តីភក្តីចំពោះព្រះសិវៈជានិច្ច ទាំងអស់អ្នកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងភូមិនោះគួរត្រូវបានដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្ម—មិនមានសង្ស័យឡើយ។
