Tirtha: Kedāra
Type: kshetra
Scene: The devas, steadfast in vows, glow with doubled strength as they mentally fix on Maheśa; simultaneously they repeatedly call upon Gaṇeśa, who appears as the remover of obstacles beside the churning scene.
Steady vow and repeated remembrance of Śiva along with Gaṇeśa is portrayed as a direct source of increased spiritual strength.
This verse occurs in the Kedāra Khaṇḍa, within the Kedāra sacred-geography context of the Skanda Purāṇa.
No external rite is specified; the practice emphasized is smaraṇa/japa—repeated invocation and remembrance of Maheśa and Gaṇeśa.
