न बिभ्यति च सत्त्वानि सिद्धेर्लक्षणमुच्यते

na bibhyati ca sattvāni siddherlakṣaṇamucyate

សត្វមានជីវិតទាំងឡាយមិនភ័យខ្លាចគាត់ទៀតឡើយ—នេះត្រូវបានប្រកាសថាជាសញ្ញានៃសិទ្ធិ (សមិទ្ធិ)។
