तासां मुखेषु तं सूक्ष्मं व्यानः स्थापयते रसम् । रसेन तेन ता नाडीः समानः पूरयेत्पुनः

tāsāṃ mukheṣu taṃ sūkṣmaṃ vyānaḥ sthāpayate rasam | rasena tena tā nāḍīḥ samānaḥ pūrayetpunaḥ

នៅក្នុងមាត់ (ច្រក) នៃនាឌីទាំងនោះ វ្យានៈ (Vyāna) ដាក់ស្ថាបនារ​ស (rasa) ដ៏ល្អិតល្អន់។ បន្ទាប់មក ដោយរ​សនោះ សមានៈ (Samāna) បំពេញនាឌីឡើងវិញ រក្សាចលនាខាងក្នុងនៃរាងកាយ។
