ब्रह्मणस्त्वं सुता देवी तुलानाम्नेति कथ्यते । तुकारो गौरवे नित्यं लकारो लघुनि स्मृतः
brahmaṇastvaṃ sutā devī tulānāmneti kathyate | tukāro gaurave nityaṃ lakāro laghuni smṛtaḥ
«ឱ ទេវី អ្នកជាកូនស្រីរបស់ព្រះព្រហ្មា; អ្នកត្រូវបានហៅថា “តុលា” (តុល្យា)។ ព្យាង្គ “tu” តែងតែពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងភាពធ្ងន់ (ទម្ងន់) ហើយព្យាង្គ “lā” ត្រូវបានចងចាំថាជាភាពស្រាល»។
