គួរជៀសវាងឥដ្ឋ ផេះ ថ្ម បំណែកភាជន៍ និងឆ្អឹង។ បន្ទាប់ពីថ្លឹងតាមវិធីដែលបានកំណត់ជាមុនហើយ នោះគួរឲ្យគាត់ចុះពីតុល្យា។
