ओंगं गणपतये नमः ओंक्षां क्षेत्रपालाय नमः ओंगं गुरुभ्यो नमः इति आकाशे ओंकौं कुलदेव्यै नमः ॐ नंदिने नमः ओंमहाकालाय नमः ओंधात्रे विधात्रै नमः । ततः प्रविस्य लिंगाच्च किञ्चिद्दक्षिणतः शुचिः । उदङ्मुखः क्षणं ध्यायेत्समकायासनस्थितः
oṃgaṃ gaṇapataye namaḥ oṃkṣāṃ kṣetrapālāya namaḥ oṃgaṃ gurubhyo namaḥ iti ākāśe oṃkauṃ kuladevyai namaḥ oṃ naṃdine namaḥ oṃmahākālāya namaḥ oṃdhātre vidhātrai namaḥ | tataḥ pravisya liṃgācca kiñciddakṣiṇataḥ śuciḥ | udaṅmukhaḥ kṣaṇaṃ dhyāyetsamakāyāsanasthitaḥ
«អោំងំ នមស្ការដល់គណបតិ; អោំក្សាំ នមស្ការដល់អ្នកអភិបាលក្សេត្របរិសុទ្ធ; អោំងំ នមស្ការដល់គ្រូបូជា»។ បន្ទាប់មក នៅលំហអាកាស សូត្រ «អោំកៅំ នមស្ការដល់ទេវីគ្រួសារ» ហើយ «អោំ នមស្ការដល់ នន្ទិន; អោំ នមស្ការដល់ មហាកាល; អោំ នមស្ការដល់ ធាត្រ និង វិធាត្រ»។ បន្ទាប់ពីនោះ ចូលទៅក្នុងស្ថានបូជា ដោយសុចរិត ឈរបន្តិចខាងស្តាំនៃលិង្គ ហើយបែរមុខទៅជើង ធ្វើសមាធិមួយភ្លែត អង្គុយដោយរក្សារាងកាយឲ្យនឹងក្នុងអាសនៈ។
