असत्यसंधो निद्रालुर्दातायं तामसोऽधमः । त्रिशुक्लः कृशवृत्तिश्च घृणालुः सकलेंद्रियः
asatyasaṃdho nidrālurdātāyaṃ tāmaso'dhamaḥ | triśuklaḥ kṛśavṛttiśca ghṛṇāluḥ sakaleṃdriyaḥ
អ្នកបរិច្ចាគដែលចងចិត្តនឹងពាក្យមិនពិត ងងុយគេង និងលិចក្នុងតាមសៈ ត្រូវបានរាប់ថាទាបថោក។ មនុស្សបែបនេះ ទោះបីបង្ហាញខ្លួនថា “បរិសុទ្ធ” បីប្រការ ក៏រស់នៅយ៉ាងទាបទន់ សាហាវ ហើយត្រូវអារម្មណ៍អង្គឥន្ទ្រីយ៍ជំរុញ។
