ព្រះរុទ្រ​ដ៏មានព្រះភាគ បានមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នេះ កាលពីបុរាណ ដើម្បីឲ្យស្កន្ទរីករាយ។ ហើយតាមរបៀបនេះដែរ លិង្គដ៏ប្រសើរទីបួន ក៏ត្រូវបានស្ថាបនាឡើង។
