दुर्वृत्तानां स हरति वृत्तस्थानां प्रयच्छति । अनुशास्ति च भूतानि कार्येषु बलवत्तरः
durvṛttānāṃ sa harati vṛttasthānāṃ prayacchati | anuśāsti ca bhūtāni kāryeṣu balavattaraḥ
«ចំពោះអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្តអាក្រក់ ព្រះអង្គដកហូត (អំណាច និងសំណាង) ចេញ; ចំពោះអ្នកឈរជាប់ក្នុងធម៌ ព្រះអង្គប្រទាន (អ្វីដែលគួរទទួល)។ ហើយព្រះអង្គមានអំណាចលើសគេក្នុងការប្រតិបត្តិ ក៏បង្រៀនវិន័យសត្វលោកឲ្យធ្វើកាតព្វកិច្ច»។
