ការបង្កើតវិហារសម្រាប់ទេវតា អាងទឹក និងអណ្ដូង បាវលី (អណ្ដូងជំហាន) សួនច្បារ និងអ្វីៗដូច្នេះ—សម្រាប់គោលបំណងនេះហើយ—ត្រូវបានធម្មសាស្ត្រកំណត់ថា «ពូរត» គឺការងារបុណ្យសាធារណៈ។
