स्कंद उवाच । शृणुष्व मैत्रावरुणे पुराकल्पे रथंतरे । इतिहास इहासीद्यः पीठे विरजसंज्ञिते
skaṃda uvāca | śṛṇuṣva maitrāvaruṇe purākalpe rathaṃtare | itihāsa ihāsīdyaḥ pīṭhe virajasaṃjñite
ស្កន្ទៈមានព្រះវាចា៖ «សូមស្តាប់ ឱ មૈត្រាវរុណៈ។ ក្នុងកាលបុរាណ ក្នុងកល្បៈ រថន្តរៈ មានរឿងព្រេងបុរាណមួយកើតឡើងនៅទីនេះ លើពិឋៈដែលហៅថា ‘វិរាជា’»។
