នៅពេលនោះ ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ដ៏បរិសុទ្ធ—សន្យាសីដែលបោះបង់លោកិយ ដើម្បីក្សេត្របរិសុទ្ធ—គ្មានទីពឹងផ្លូវលោក; ប៉ុន្តែពួកគេតែងតែត្រូវបានចិញ្ចឹមដោយទានដែលទទួលបានក្នុងមហាក្សេត្រ កាសី។
