darśāṣṭakāsu bhūtāyāṃ śrāddhikaṃ pratigṛhya ca | pratipadyapi pūrṇāyāṃ gajoṣṭrābhyāṃ kṛtāṃtare

នៅថ្ងៃទស្សា និងអស្ស្ដកា នៅថ្ងៃភូតា (អពមង្គល) បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលយកបូជាដើម្បីស្រាទ្ធ ហើយនៅថ្ងៃប្រតិបទាបន្ទាប់ពីពេញចន្ទផងដែរ—បើចន្លោះពេលត្រូវរំខានដោយដំរី និងអូដ្ឋ—គួរចាត់ទុកថាជា អនធ្យាយៈ គឺពេលហាមសិក្សាព្រះវេទ។
