स्कंद उवाच । सम्यगापृच्छि भवता काशीवासिसमाहितम् । कुंभसंभव विप्रर्षे दंडपाणि कथानकम्
skaṃda uvāca | samyagāpṛcchi bhavatā kāśīvāsisamāhitam | kuṃbhasaṃbhava viprarṣe daṃḍapāṇi kathānakam
ស្កន្ទៈមានព្រះវាចា៖ ឱ អ្នកកើតពីកុម្ភៈ ឱ ព្រាហ្មណ៍ដ៏ប្រសើរ អ្នកបានសួរយ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវអំពីរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់ទណ្ឌបាណិ អ្នកស្មោះស្រឡាញ់កាសី និងសមាធិជាប់ក្នុងភាពបរិសុទ្ធរបស់វា។
