durvṛttasupravṛtteśca nivṛttikaraṇīṃ surāḥ | dakṣiṇottaradigbhāge kṛtvā'siṃ varaṇāṃ surāḥ

ទេវតាបានបង្កើតអំណាចទាំងនេះ ដើម្បីឲ្យអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្តអាក្រក់ត្រូវបានទប់ស្កាត់ និងដឹកនាំអ្នកមានចិត្តល្អឲ្យទៅតាមធម៌។ នៅផ្នែកទិសខាងត្បូង និងខាងជើង ពួកគេបានស្ថាបនា អសិ និង វរណា។
