gaṇāvūcatuḥ | ākarṇaya mahābhāga saṃyaminyāḥ purīṃ parām | dikpaternirṛtasyāsau puṇyāpuṇyajanoṣitā

ពួកគណៈ (Gaṇa) បាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ មហាភាគ! សូមស្តាប់អំពីនគរដ៏ឧត្តម សំយមិនី (Saṃyaminī) ដែលជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ និរឋត (Nirṛta) អធិការទិសមួយ ហើយមានទាំងអ្នកមានបុណ្យ និងអ្នកមានបាបរស់នៅ»។
