वणिजश्च तथा विप्रा मोहं प्राप्ता भयार्दिताः । तस्मान्मोहेतिसंज्ञास्ते राजन्सर्वे निरब्रुवन्
vaṇijaśca tathā viprā mohaṃ prāptā bhayārditāḥ | tasmānmohetisaṃjñāste rājansarve nirabruvan
ពាណិជ្ជករ និងព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ទាំងឡាយ ដូចគ្នា ត្រូវភ័យខ្លាចបង្ខំឲ្យធ្លាក់ក្នុង “មោហៈ” (ភាពវង្វេង)។ ដូច្នេះ ឱ ព្រះរាជា ពួកគេទាំងអស់បានប្រកាសថា ខ្លួនមាននាម “មោហៈ”។
