វាចស្បតិ បានលើកដៃប្រណម្យ និយាយទៅកាន់ព្រះព្រហ្មដែលអង្គុយលើផ្កាឈូកថា៖ «ឱព្រះបិតាដ៏គួរគោរព ពីវង្សរបស់ព្រះអង្គ បានកើតមានអ្នកមានកម្លាំងមហិមា ឈ្មោះ តាលមេឃ»។
