विश्वामित्रस्य तपोविघ्नः, मेनकाप्रसङ्गः, महर्षिपदप्रदानम्

तमुवाच ततो ब्रह्मा न तावत् त्त्वं जितेन्द्रिय:।यतस्व मुनिशार्दूल इत्युक्त्वा त्रिदिवं गत:।।।।
tam uvāca tato brahmā na tāvat tvaṃ jitendriyaḥ | yatasva muniśārdūla ity uktvā tridivaṃ gataḥ ||
បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះព្រហ្មបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅកាន់គាត់ថា «មិនទាន់ទេ អ្នកមិនទាន់ឈ្នះអារម្មណ៍ទាំងឡាយ (ឥន្ទ្រីយ៍)។ ចូរខិតខំតទៅទៀត ឱ មុនីដ៏ប្រសើរ ដូចខ្លាខ្លាំងក្នុងចំណោមមុនី»។ ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នេះហើយ ក៏យាងទៅកាន់ត្រីទិវ (សួគ៌)។
