ក្នុងរាជ្យព្រះរាម ប្រជាជនសប្បាយរីករាយ និងមានចិត្តលើកទឹកចិត្ត ពេញចិត្ត និងរឹងមាំ តាំងมั่นក្នុងធម៌; គ្មានទុក្ខវេទនា និងជំងឺ ហើយមិនត្រូវប៉ះពាល់ដោយការភ័យខ្លាចអំពីទុរ្ភិក្ស។
