Bharata Reaches Chitrakuta and Beholds Rama
दुःखाभितप्तो भरतो राजपुत्रो महाबलः।उक्त्वाऽर्येति सकृद्दीनं पुनर्नोवाच किञ्चन।।2.99.38।।
duḥkhābhitapto bharato rāja-putro mahā-balaḥ | uktvā ’ryeti sakṛd dīnaṃ punar novāca kiñcana ||2.99.38||
ព្រះរាជកុមារ ភរតៈ អ្នកមានកម្លាំងដ៏មហិមា ត្រូវទុក្ខសោកដុតឆេះ បានអំពាវនាវដោយសំឡេងសង្វេគតែម្តងថា «អារយៈ!» ហើយមិនអាចនិយាយអ្វីបន្ថែមទៀតបានឡើយ។
Mighty prince Bharata, oppressed with grief, could only say, O Arya! (venerable one) And in distress could not speak any more.
Dharma is reverence toward the righteous and truthful: even in collapse, Bharata addresses Rāma with honor, affirming rightful respect and moral hierarchy.
Bharata is so overwhelmed that he can only utter a single respectful address to Rāma.
Bharata’s reverence and sincerity; his strength is shown not as force but as moral depth under grief.
