Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It outlines a graded method of dhyāna where awareness is deliberately stationed in key subtle loci of the body, training steadiness (ekāgratā) and preparing the practitioner for inner purification and liberation-oriented contemplation.
While framed as yogic concentration, it supports bhakti-upāsanā by stabilizing the mind so it can dwell on the Lord without distraction; disciplined inner focus becomes an aid to sustained remembrance and worship.
This is a technical yogic instruction rather than grammar or ritual procedure: it presents applied upāsanā/dhyāna know-how—how to sequence concentration through recognized inner centers (a practical science of meditation found alongside Narada Purana’s technical teachings).
