Narada (teaching in a technical, ritual-yogic instruction sequence; traditionally within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches inner worship through mantra-nyāsa: installing deity-consciousness (Sadāśiva) and the presiding śakti (Śākinī) within the Anāhata heart-lotus, using the sacred power of sound (the sixteen vowels) to sanctify the inner center.
Bhakti here is expressed as internalized pūjā—placing the divine in the heart and remembering the deity through mantra-sounds—so devotion becomes continuous inner contemplation rather than only external ritual.
Śikṣā (phonetics) and mantra-prayoga are implied: the verse specifies the ṣoḍaśa svaras (sixteen vowels) as the ordered sound-basis for nyāsa, showing precision in pronunciation and sequence as a technical requirement.
