मार्कण्डेय उवाच इत्युक्तः स तु सम्भारानशेषानवनिपतिः । आनिनाय चकारेष्टिं स च तां द्विजसत्तमः ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca ity uktaḥ sa tu sambhārān aśeṣān avanipatiḥ / ānināya cakāreṣṭiṃ sa ca tāṃ dvijasattamaḥ
មារកណ្ឌេយៈបាននិយាយថា៖ ដូច្នេះហើយ ព្រះមហាក្សត្របាននាំយកសម្ភារៈទាំងអស់ដែលចាំបាច់មក។ ហើយព្រាហ្មណ៍ដ៏ប្រសើរនោះ បានអនុវត្តអិឋិ (iṣṭi) គឺពិធីយញ្ញ។
