यस्त्वत्र मन्त्रसमयो भारयपत्योर्मिथ: कृत: । तमेवाहुर्गरीयांसं यश्चासौ ज्ञातिभि: कृत:
yas tv atra mantrasamayo bhāryāpatyor mithaḥ kṛtaḥ | tam evāhur garīyāṁsaṁ yaś cāsau jñātibhiḥ kṛtaḥ ||
ភីស្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ក្នុងចំណោមការប្តេជ្ញាអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍ទាំងឡាយ ការប្តេជ្ញាដែលប្តី និងប្រពន្ធធ្វើចំពោះគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក តាមរបៀបពិធី និងជាមួយការអានមន្តសក្ការៈ គេរាប់ថាមានទម្ងន់ធ្ងន់បំផុត។ ហើយបើសម្ព័ន្ធនោះទៀតទទួលបានការអះអាង និងការគាំទ្រពីញាតិមិត្ត នោះកាន់តែគួរសរសើរ ព្រោះវាបង្រួបបង្រួមសច្ចាប្រណិធានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនជាមួយការអនុម័តរបស់សង្គម និងស្ថិរភាព»។
