Determination of Boundary Disputes and Related Matters (सीमाविवादादिनिर्णयः)

आगमेनोपभोगेन नष्टं भाव्यमतो ऽन्यथा पञ्चबन्धो दमस्तस्य राज्ञे तेनाप्यभाविते

āgamenopabhogena naṣṭaṃ bhāvyamato 'nyathā pañcabandho damastasya rājñe tenāpyabhāvite

បើទ្រព្យណាមួយបាត់ដោយការទទួលបានដោយអំពើខុស ឬដោយការប្រើប្រាស់យកទៅផ្ទាល់ វាត្រូវតែសងត្រឡប់; បើមិនដូច្នោះទេ អ្នកល្មើសត្រូវទទួលទណ្ឌកម្មការឃុំខ្លួនប្រាំប្រភេទ និងពិន័យជាប្រាក់ ដែលព្រះរាជាត្រូវអនុវត្ត ទោះបីមិនបានកែសម្រួលដោយវិធីផ្សេងក៏ដោយ។
