देशान्तरस्थे दुर्लेख्ये नष्टोन्मृष्टे हृते तथा भिन्ने च्छिन्ने तथा दग्धे लेख्यमन्यत्तु कारयेत्

នៅពេលឯកសារសរសេរត្រូវរក្សាទុកនៅប្រទេសផ្សេង អានពិបាក បានបាត់ ត្រូវលុបចោល ត្រូវលួច ត្រូវហែក ត្រូវកាត់ ឬត្រូវឆេះ គួរឲ្យធ្វើឯកសារថ្មីមួយទៀតជំនួស។
