ततः सप्तदशे कल्पे पितृकल्पे तु विश्रुता । दक्षस्य दुहिता जाता सतीनाम्नी महाप्रभा
tataḥ saptadaśe kalpe pitṛkalpe tu viśrutā | dakṣasya duhitā jātā satīnāmnī mahāprabhā
さらに第十七のカルパ—ピトリ・カルパ（祖霊のカルパ）として名高き時—汝はダクシャ（Dakṣa）の娘として生まれ、大いなる光輝を具え、サティー（Satī）の名で知られた。
