ततस्त्रासाकुलो भूत्वा सर्वांस्तानिदमब्रवीत् । देवकार्यमिदं विप्रा मया कृतमबुद्धिना
tatastrāsākulo bhūtvā sarvāṃstānidamabravīt | devakāryamidaṃ viprā mayā kṛtamabuddhinā
そのとき彼は恐れと動揺にとらわれ、皆に言った。「おお婆羅門たちよ、これは देव（神々）のための務めであったが、我は愚かにも、正しい分別なく行ってしまった。」
