अस्त्रं दिशासु विन्यस्य स्वबीजेन तु कर्णिकाम् । अमोसि प्राणितेनेति अनेन हृदयं यजेत्

Transliteration

astraṃ diśāsu vinyasya svabījena tu karṇikām | amosi prāṇiteneti anena hṛdayaṃ yajet

Translation

「アストラ（astra：護持の武器真言）」を諸方に配し、自らの種子（svabīja）によって中央の「カルニカー（karṇikā：花心）」を安置したのち、「am asi, prāṇitena（汝はそれなり、生命の息によって）」の句をもって「心」を供養すべし。
