Transliteration

yogānāṃ vā vyatīpāta ūḍūnāṃ śravaṇastathā | amāvāsyā tithīnāṃ ca pūrṇimā vai tathaiva ca

ヨーガの中ではヴャティーパータ（Vyatīpāta）が殊に尊く、ナクシャトラの中ではシュラヴァナ（Śravaṇa）もまた同様である。さらにティティの中では、アマーヴァーシャー（Amāvāsyā）とプールニマー（Pūrṇimā）もまた聖なる日として挙げられる。
