योगानां वा व्यतीपात ऊडूनां श्रवणस्तथा । अमावास्या तिथीनां च पूर्णिमा वै तथैव च

yogānāṃ vā vyatīpāta ūḍūnāṃ śravaṇastathā | amāvāsyā tithīnāṃ ca pūrṇimā vai tathaiva ca

ヨーガの中ではヴャティーパータ(Vyatīpāta)が殊に尊く、ナクシャトラの中ではシュラヴァナ(Śravaṇa)もまた同様である。さらにティティの中では、アマーヴァーシャー(Amāvāsyā)とプールニマー(Pūrṇimā)もまた聖なる日として挙げられる。
