puṇyaṃ tena bhavetsvargo narakastadviparyayāt | tatrāpi kālavasati karmaṇāmanurūpataḥ

Translation

功徳によって天界が生じ、その反対によって地獄が生じる。そこにおいても、業にふさわしい期間だけ住するのである。
