Transliteration

tvaṅmātrasāraniḥsāraṃ kadalīsārasaṃnibham | jñātvaivaṃ doṣavaddehaṃ yaḥ prājñaḥ śithilībhavet

Translation

この身は空ろで、その「精髄」はただ皮のみ、芭蕉の芯のようだと知るとき、欠陥に満ちたこの身体を見た賢者は、執着の握りをゆるめ離れてゆく。
