Transliteration
sarveṣāṃ vācakā mantrāḥ kathyaṃte'taḥ paraṃ kramāt
Translation
今より、正しい次第に従って、一切（必要なる神々と儀礼の諸要素）を招来し標示する真言が説き明かされる。
